All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

2.1. Pure Living provides cleaning services as described on the website or as agreed upon with the client.
3. Booking
3.1. Clients can book our services through our website, by phone, or by email.
3.2. All bookings are subject to availability.
4. Payment
4.1. A down payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
4.2. We accept payment through card, cash, or check.
5. Cancellation and Refund
5.1. Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty.
5.2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5.3. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Pure Living Cleaning Services.
5.4 If a service is pushed to a later date, or skipped you may be subject to a fee.
6. Liability
6.1. We have liability insurance to cover any potential mistakes in our services, please contact us if an issue occurs.
6.2. Clients are responsible for providing a safe working environment for our staff. We reserve the right to refuse service if the working conditions are deemed unsafe.
7. Privacy
7.1. We respect the privacy of our clients and will only use personal information for the purpose of providing our services.
7.2. We will not share personal information with third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.
8. Changes to Terms
